How It Works

The Baycrest Foundation has partnered with SEALFIT, one of the world’s premier performance training companies. Participants will undergo a multi-day training course culminating in a 24 hour crucible event modeled after the U.S. Navy S.E.A.L.s’ (Sea, Air and Land Teams) “Hell Week” program. Participants will be pushed to the upper limits of their mental and physical fortitude, all in support of Baycrest Health Sciences.

If you are ready to put your body and mind through a custom-built Navy SEAL training program, then register for Baycrest SEALFIT today.
